Engr Obiageli P. Egbuciem, currently the Acting Director, Management System Certification Department is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

She is a Lead Auditor and Lead Trainer in Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. She joined the services of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria at the Kaduna Zonal Office in 1997 as a Standards Engineer.

She has held various leadership positions in State Office Operations, Port Operations, Product Certification Department units like SONCAP and Product Registration, and Management System Certification as well as the SON Training Services.

Engr Obiageli P. Egbuciem is a registered member of the COREN and also a chartered member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers.

Her hobbies include reading, traveling and spending quality time with family.
