TESTIMONIALS

My experience with SON two years ago restored my faith and belief that Nigeria will be great again. I bought 7units of split units and shortly after installation, I discovered that two units of the products were not working well. I made several calls and complaints to the sale's outlet but nothing was done even though the products were still under warranty. I was frustrated to the point of given up when a friend advised me to contact S.O.N. I was reluctant to do so thinking it wasn't going to be futile. But on a second thought, I wrote to them and made my compliant. To my utmost surprise, I got a call from feedback and customer reconciliation department of S.O.N within 30mins. I was questioned by a female officer whose conduct I found very professional and impeccable. Two days after my discussion with S.O.N official, I got a call from the AC Brand informing me that they were coming to my house to check the faulty product with a view of replacing or fixing. I thought it was a joke but the next day, their technician came to my place to change the products with apologies. I was also asked to contact S.O.N and inform them that my products have been replaced which I did with gratitude to S.O.N. Since then, I have referred many persons who had similar cases to S.O.N and their stories are not different from mine. Great Organisation with passionate and professional staff. Thank you

Mr. A. Okoli

In the year 2019, I made purchases of 2 Split ACs and it was discovered that they were substandard products sold in Nigeria. I made complaints to the SON Customer feedback dept. and the company was immediately summoned. At a deliberative meeting at your Lekki office, we were allowed to state our cases and the company was apprehended for their role.in.the distribution of substandard products.
The SON office asked the company to immediately address my complaints by fixing them.or totally replacing them. Several engineers were sent to my house to verify. This was something the company did not do initially. At the end of the day, the company was requested to change the ACs and/or return my money.
After further meetings and deliberations, the company finally obeyed the order of SON. Two new ACs were sent and installed in my house.
My appreciation goes to the SON officers who were very diligent, firm and non condescending. If only more people knew about the great works of this department, a lot of consumers will not suffer so much hardships.
Furthermore, this department should be. supported with publicity and be given more powers to close down companies that are selling substandard products in the country.. Substandard products can kill(and has killed many). There is need to publicise the works of SON through this department as a way of stopping the proliferation. of substandard products in Nigeria
Kudos to SON

I like to say a Big thank you to SON. I never knew they are this effective untill I had issue with Scranfort manufacturing company and Standard Organisation of Nigeria played fair and effective role and made sure consumers were not rubished.
Thank you and more grace.

I wish to thank your inestimable organisation for the swift and active way you took in solving the issue I had with my 75inch TV I bought from the Manufacturer but malfunctioned after a few days of purchasing it. It took only a day after my complaint email to you to swing into action, set up a meeting for both parties and followed up indeed until I was called by the manufacturer yesterday 30th March to pay just a stipend amount and collect my stuff. I am here to state that so far my TV is working well and I hereby confirm all is well now, thanks to your selfless effort in getting this done. I am totally satisfied with your esteemed organisation the way you help the masses to achieve good results. Excellent client satisfaction to your team for job well done.
Thanks

Mrs Ifeoma O
