Mr Kussiy, Wanza Moses is the Ag. Director, Information & Communication Technology(ICT), Standards Organisation of Nigeria.

A holder of a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Statistics from the University of Maiduguri in 1992, National Certificate of Education(Maths/Physics) in 1989, CISCO certified Network Associate (CCNA) in 2004, City & Guilds of London in Optic Fibre./Copper Cabling in an Internal Environment in 2006, Optic Fibre/Copper Cabling at United Kingdom Telecommunication Academy (UKTA) in 2006, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) in 2005.

He has undertaken several workshops and training in Advanced Computer Aided Financial Management, Advanced web design, Information Security and Management System (ISMS) ISO 27001 workshops organised by ISO in Uganda in 2011, and Master Class Data Analytics in 2017, among others.

He started his career with the Standards Organisation of Nigeria in January 1997. He has held various positions in the Organisation, including Assistant Director of Planning Research and Statistics (PRS) from 2016 – 2018, Assistant Director of Corporate Affairs in 2018, Assistant Director/Coordinator Sokoto and Zamfara state from 2018- September 2020, Pioneer and Acting Head of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) in November 2021 – February 2022, and rose to the rank of Deputy Director ICT.  Currently, he is the Ag. Director Information & Communication Technology (ICT) with effect from 7 September 2023.

He is a member of several institutions, among them are:

  • Information Technology Service Advisory Group (ITSAG) to TMB ISO Geneva

  • ISO/TC 307 Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies

He loves sports, reading, and vlogging and is married with children.
