Mr Ogunseye Babatunde Monsuru was born on the 18th October 1966, He is from Abeokuta South Local Government of Ogun State, he joined the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) on the 5th June 2006.
He has served in various capacity of the organisation including Head, Internal Audit from 2006-2011, Internal Auditor 2011-2021, He became a Deputy Director Internal Audit 2021-2022, He also served as Deputy Director Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) in PRS Department 2022-2024, He is presently the Head, Planning Research & Statistics Department (PRS) from October 2024 till date.
Mr Ogunseye’s wealth of experience covers Finance and Accounting, Auditing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Trade and the Civil Service.
He holds a first degree in Accounting from University of Lagos in 1992, He also hold MBA at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 2003, He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) 1998, He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) 2008
He is happily married to Mrs Ogunseye Adebola and they are blessed with children.
