Engr. Onipede Adeoye Olanrewaju was born on 22nd May, 1970. He is a COREN registered Civil Engineer with several years of experience in construction and quality assurance.
He holds an Ordinary and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State; a PGD in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State and another PGD in Quality Management/Statistics from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He further obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Kwara State University, Malete, Ilorin, Kwara State; a Masters in Engineering (M.Eng.) from Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, Anambra State and an MBA (Business Administration) from the National Open University, Abuja.
He has several certifications in safety, procurement and related discipline.
He is an auditor in the following management systems: ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO45001 (Occupational, Health and Safety) with many years of experience.
He is a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE).
He has held several leadership positions before his current position as Head of Department, Inspectorate and Compliance. He was:
- Sectional Head, Civil/Building Group
- Group Head, Civil/Building Group
- Acting Head, MANCAP, PCD
- Project Supervisor, SON, Ogba Laboratory Complex
- State Coordinator of Ogun Office II (Sagamu) and Anambra State (Awka)Head, Onne Ports, South-South and South-East Port Operation among others.
He is married with children and is a servant of God.
