Mrs Esther Osung Okon is the Director South-South Region with extensive work experience covering HRM, Administration, Operations, QMS and it implementation.
She is a seasoned strategist who has served as State Coordinator in several states of the Federation and headed the HRM in the Operational Headquarter.
Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literature from the University of Benin. Fellow Security Institute (FSI) having attended the Executive Intelligent Management Course 15 (EIMC) at the National Institute for Security Studies Abuja. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), Member of The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (MICMC) and Fellow of The African Institute of Justices of The Peace (FAIJP). She is a Certified Factory Inspector, ISO 9001 QMS auditor, PECB Certified Oil and Gas Specific QMS ISO 29001 Lead implementer.
