Mr Omoniyi Ayodele Omotosho holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from ATBU Bauchi (1990) a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum and Gas Engineering from University of Port Harcourt (2006) and a Master’s Degree in Process Engineering from University of Lagos (2010).
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Petroleum Engineers (2013) and an affiliate Member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. He is an IRCA certified QMS. Lead Auditor (2017) and PECB certified QMS Lead Auditor (2018).
His experience in the private sector was mainly manufacturing. He was a production supervisor and rose to become the head of production dept of BTL Industries Ltd Lagos. He later worked as a Petroleum Trust Fund Consultant on water projects all over Lagos State.
He joined the Standards Organisation of Nigeria in 1999 and has worked in several capacities including Sectional Head Chemtech Dept. (Quality Assurance), State Coordinator Lagos State Office 3 (Festac) State Coordinator Lagos State Office 1 (V/I), Head Chemical Technology Dept. (Laboratory Services). He elaborated Several Standards and supervised many. He is presently the Director, Ogun Region.
