Mrs. Tosan Akin-Akosile holds a B.Sc degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos (1986) and an M.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan (1990).

She started her career work with the Standards Organisation of Nigeria in August 1991. She has held various positions in the Organisation, among which are State Coordinator of Ogun state (pioneer founder ), Lagos State Office 1, Lagos State Office 2, Product Registration (pioneer E-Product Registration), Coordinator Bonded warehouse, Regional Coordinator South West and Head
MANCAP.

Presently, Mrs. Tosan Akin-Akosile is the Acting Director, Lagos Operations Office.
