Timothy N Abner is an alumni of FGC, Jos, and OAU Ile-Ife where he graduated with honours in Chemical Engineering. He started work with SON on completion of this NYSC in 1989 as a graduate Engineer. He has had hands-on experience in Inspection, Auditing, and Training of a wide variety of Industries.
He is a pioneer staff member of the SON-UNIDO Team that started the ISO Management System Courses in Nigeria around the early 1990s. Abner is a Lead Auditor in an array of International Standards covering various fields including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, among others.
He was the pioneer Head of the Department of the Management Systems Certification based on his appointment in 2012.
