The rain could not the deter the retirement party organised by the Laboratory Services Directorate for its erstwhile Director, Mrs. Bosede Kehinde at the Ogba Laboratory Complex yesterday as it rained, yet the accolades kept on pouring in and the celebrations did not stop for the retired Director.
